Season’s passes work like a credit code that can be redeemed at checkout. Please view your Showpass confirmation email to view your season’s pass number(s). Reservations can be made for a single performance, or all at once for each production included with the package.

STEP 1: To redeem your ticket credit(s) on Showpass, select ‘Buy Tickets’ and choose a date/time and seat(s) for your desired performance.
STEP 2: Proceed to checkout.
STEP 3: Select ‘add discount’ and enter your season’s pass number (eg, VC-XXXXXX)., then select ‘Apply’. To redeem multiple passes, repeat step 3 as needed.
Refettorio Inclement Weather:
Performances cancelled due to inclement weather are ineligible for refunds or credits.
Ticket holders will be notified of weather cancellations via email 2hrs prior to the scheduled show time – NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS, THE SHOW WILL PROCEED AS PLANNED!
Tickets for cancelled performances will be held for our contingency date (Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 8:30 PM) for 48hrs only. Patrons must contact the Box Office within 48hrs of the cancellation to confirm attendance for the designated rain date, or to request an exchange to an alternate performance subject to availability.
If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, the original seats will be released and are no longer guaranteed. Tickets exchanged after 48hrs are subject to a $20 +HST fee per ticket.
If no tickets remain or a final performance has been cancelled, a refund will be provided.
General:
YES Theatre does not offer refunds or credits.
Exchanges can be made pending availability within the same production 48 hours prior to show time for a fee of $5 + HST per ticket. Season Subscribers & Believers are entitled to (1) free exchange per production up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled show time*
Once a performance has concluded, tickets can be exchanged for a fee of $20 +HST per ticket.
Unused credits included with the purchase of a season’s subscription are forfeited once the corresponding production has concluded its run. If you can’t attend a production and have not booked a ticket using your credit(s), please notify the theatre by Dec 31st, 2026 to receive a tax receipt for the value of your tickets.
Third Party:
Tickets sold for all 3rd party events are subject to the promoter’s refund policy.
Exchanges are not applicable toward 3rd party events.
Ticket holders will be notified of weather cancellations via email approximately 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Tickets will be automatically rebooked free of charge. If you cannot attend the date we’ve selected, tickets can be exchanged to an alternate date/time pending availability.
If no tickets remain or a final performance has been cancelled, a refund or credit will be provided.
We advise booking tickets as early as possible to increase your chance of getting the desired seat(s) for the date/time of your choosing. However, if you’re looking to book last-minute tickets, tickets can be purchased at the door pending availability.
We currently offer a youth rate for attendees under 25 years old. While we don’t offer senior pricing, select matinee performances are offered at a discounted rate. Ticket buyers can also take advantage of Pay What You Can (please see PWYC below for more information).
PAY WHAT YOU CAN (Admission by Donation)
To increase accessibility of our work, Pay What You Can tickets are available for purchase at 11:00 AM on the day of each performance while limited quantities last. Donation can be added at checkout.

All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers.
Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, and seating location will be at the discretion of management. If you are late, it may not be possible to seat you until the intermission; if the production has no intermission, you may not be admitted.
Photography is strictly prohibited during the performance.
We kindly request that guests turn off electronic devices, including cell phones, for the duration of the performance.
We are committed to ensuring the enjoyment of all patrons. While we encourage our guests to refrain from wearing heavily scented products, we cannot guarantee a scent-free environment. In consideration of attendees who may have allergies and chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products.
If you are experiencing an allergic reaction due to your seating location, please see the House Manager about the possibility of seat relocation.
Both formal and informal clothing is accepted.
We do not permit outside food or beverage to be taken inside the venue. Beverages and/or concessions purchased on-site are permitted to be taken inside the auditorium.
Yes, each of our venues offer wheelchair accessibility and accessible washrooms. We are currently in the planning stages to renovate the washroom facilities at our Sudbury Theatre Centre location to improve accessibility.

Our Sudbury Theatre Centre location is equipped with a Loop system which connects to hearing aids when set to T-Coil (Telecoil). Alternatively, we offer headsets to accommodate individuals with hearing impairment.
